Real Power Boats began operations in 1986 by businessman Paulo Renha with the goal of manufacturing recreational and service boats. The following year, Roberto Bailly started his professional project after a long internship at a New York upholstery shop. Many boats and canopies later, in 1997, the quality of BAILLY canopies began to equip Real boats. A well-established partnership between the two companies guaranteed exclusive supply for the last 20 years.
